BOOKING GUIDELINES
- Working hours, we are open from Monday-Sunday between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekends.
- For payment, the client shall pay 100% of the total payable sum in advance, to book their chosen time slot, in their selected space on the agreed date, kindly note that refunds would not be made available after payment.
- Rescheduling will be done for free up until 3 days before your confirmed booking time, if rescheduling is done within 24-48 hours before your booked session, you will be charged an additional 50% of your original payment.
- Booking time starts to count when your allocated time reaches, we recommend the client be present in the studio 30 mins before the booked time, as an extra 30 mins has been allocated for setup, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. Makeup/Setup Time is inclusive of the time you book; there isn’t any free makeup/setup time.
- Overtime, bookings made after 6pm would attract an additional N5,000 per hour. This means you’ll be paying an extra N5,000 as well as the hourly rate for the booked space every hour after 6pm i.e. if your booked space is N15,000/hour, after 6pm it becomes N20,000/hour.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Clients should not move, shift or turn studio furniture without first seeking permission from studio staff. Our staff members are happy to help you if you need any help.
- Please ask our staff’s assistance and follow their HR instructions to set up strobes and modifiers in the studio.
- No smoking in the studio, kindly step outside.
- Kindly rearrange and keep the studio clean after your session.
- If any studio floor, wall, equipment or property is damaged while being handled by you, you shall bear the cost of repair or replacement.
