Before you book
Booking guidelines
- Opening hours: We are open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekends.
- Payment: Pay 100% of the total in advance to secure your time slot in your chosen space on the agreed date. Refunds are not available after payment.
- Rescheduling: Free up until 3 days before your confirmed booking time. Rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of your session costs an extra 50% of your original payment.
- Arrival: Your booking time starts at your allocated time. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early; we allow an extra 30 minutes for setup, traffic and anything unforeseen.
- Makeup and setup: Makeup and setup time is part of the time you book. There is no free makeup or setup time.
- Overtime: Bookings after 6:00 PM attract an extra ₦5,000 per hour on top of the hourly rate, so a ₦15,000 per hour space becomes ₦20,000 per hour after 6:00 PM.
