These terms cover your use of themastermind.cc, which is run by Mastermind Creative Company Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site you agree to them. Renting gear or booking a studio is covered by our Rental and Studio Terms, and creative projects by the proposal or contract we agree with you.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, or send spam through our forms.
• Information you send us must be accurate and yours to share.

Prices and availability

We work to keep prices, gear lists and availability up to date, but they can change and mistakes happen. Nothing on the site is an offer until we confirm your booking or quote in writing.

Our content

The videos, photos, case studies, articles, logos and design on this site belong to Mastermind CC or to our clients and partners, and are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy, download or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Files you send us

When you upload a brief, script or moodboard, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to respond to your request and keep it confidential.

Links to other sites

We link to sites such as WhatsApp, Instagram, X, YouTube and Vimeo. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for any loss caused by using it or by it being unavailable, except where Nigerian law does not allow us to limit liability.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
